HOW TO BOOK/TICKETS

Q: When do tickets go on sale?

A: We sell tickets 3-4 weeks before the first date of the event on a Thursday at 12pm GMT.

A: When are menus for Taste Film experiences published?

Q: Menus are always published at least 2 days before the general release ticket sale.

Q: I didn’t get tickets on the general release day!

A: We have a huge demand to tickets ratio and whilst we want everyone to get a ticket sadly not everyone will be able to (though that is our hope one day!). If you don’t manage to get tickets on the ticket general release day we urge you to join the waiting lists for all dates and times that could work for you to increase your chances, as in the first few days we often have to reallocate tickets due to errors etc. Also, please note that people sometimes put tickets in their baskets and forget about them at which point they are held for a certain amount of time and re-released to the ticket page.

Q: Is there a waiting list?

A: Yes, you can add your details to the waiting list for the sold out event you would like to attend and we will contact you in the event of extra tickets becoming available.

Q: I love this film but missed out on tickets, will you be doing an experience around this film again?

A: We aim to re-taste popular Taste Film experiences so that people have another go at experiencing the deliciousness.

Q: Both tickets say my name.

A: No need to worry, the tickets go under the name of the person who books the tickets.

Q: I booked tickets separately, please can you group us together.

A: We will automatically group your booking if you booked the tickets under the same name, if you didn’t we will need to change the bookings to the same name, please contact info@tastefilm.co.uk

LOCATIONS

Q: Where are you based?

A: London, Greater London. We mainly operate events at Parlour, Kensal Green, and The Refinery, Citypoint, but are always looking to expand and find excitingly unique venues. Don’t hesitate to get in touch if wish to have us host an event at your venue.

MENUS/DIETARY REQUIREMENTS

A: When are menus for Taste Film experiences published?

Q: Can you accommodate people with certain dietary requirements?

A: We will always serve a Standard and Vegan Menu. Standard menus include: meat, fish and diary, vegan menus encludes all of these. We do not allow swapping between these menus as they are set to standard or vegan. Please note can provide gf or nut free versions of either menu and while our partnering venues take extra precautions, cross contamination may occur.

Q: Can you accommodate Halal or Kosher?

A: Unfortunately our partnering venues do not have Halal or Kosher suppliers so we would not be able to accommodate these dietary requirements. However, we urge people with this requirement to opt for the Vegan menu which has great meat & dairy free substitutes.

Q: Do you do alcohol-free drinks?

A: Yes, we do alcohol free versions of all cocktails/alcoholic beverages on our menu and also can alcohol free versions of food items where alcohol is an ingredient.

Q: Can we swap an item from one menu to the other? i.e. You have opted for the Vegan Menus but want the Standard dessert (that includes dairy).

A: Unfortunately, we do not allow swapping between menus courses.

Q: We do not like a particular course, please can we swap it to something else?

A: We do not allow this.

Q: I have an allergen that is neither nuts nor gluten.

A: We will do our best to accommodate your allergy by omitting the item if it is a side/garnish. Also please noteif the allergen makes up a substantial part of a course we would not be able to give you an alternative instead.

Q: I don’t like the food on the menu but I like the film, please can I have something else?

A: Unfortunately the food is just as important as the film during Taste Film experiences and so unfortunately if the food isn’t to your taste we are sure we will have another menu that will be!
